Condition and Prognosis reports
These are done separately from liability and causation reports and include further dental x-rays.
They are carried out at the Ravensdale Dental Surgery, 2 Ravensdale Avenue, North Finchley, London, N12.
Condition and prognosis reports are completed the same day.
It is helpful to have the Claimant's telephone number so that the appointment can be made at their convenience. A copy of the confirmation is forwarded to the instructing solicitors.
